The SR series are traditional cast iron, semi-rotary, hand-pumps.  Supplied with operating handle and screwed mating flanges, they are versatile pumps suitable for water, petrol, diesel, oils, lubricants, alcohols, and non corrosive solvents.  Maximum suction lift, with a foot valve is 4 metres.  Can be wall mounted, permanently installed or fitted to a tank or barrel.  Static electricity may be generated by the operation of semi-rotary pumps. In order to prevent sparking caused by static build-up, when pumping flammable liquids an insulated bonding wire must be used i.e. the container must be grounded to earth by means of a conductive earthing lead, fastened between the container and a suitable grounded earth point.

The Ryton® hand pump is a lightweight, fully rotary pump for chemical resistance. Supplied with 19mm outlet pipe, 3 part (390mm) intake tube (assembles to 1200mm), barrel adaptor and operating handle. Alternative adaptors are available, as an optional extra, to enable use of pump on a barrel/container without a 2" BSPf connection. Ryton® construction, Ryton® vanes, Viton® seals, Teflon flange gaskets. Suitable for aggressive chemicals such as chlorinated solvents, aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Not suitable for ketones or esters or very strong oxidising agents in a concentrated form (i.e. nitric acid over 50%). We strongly recommend that you provide our Sales Department with written details of your application so that the correct selection can be made. The Bailer is a lift and force hand pump for water and diesel drainage and transfer. Constructed in uPVC with nitrile seals, it is supplied with 1 metre of 32mm hose that can be used on the suction or discharge side.

The DD series are push-pull, lever operated, double diaphragm, hand-pumps for water, soft solids (in suspension), oil drainage and transfer. The lever is 380mm long.  They have a cast aluminium construction, steel operating lever and nitrile diaphragms.  The portable version, with a base-plate, is designed for site use and has a 600mm long lever. It is also supplied with a strainer and hose clips. As an alternative, Viton®, Butyl or Neoprene diaphragms can be fitted, at an extra charge, for compatibility with other liquids, e.g. red or white diesel.
