The KS1101/22 and CAM88/25 automatic booster sets are single pump, self-priming units with plastic venturis and single plastic impellers. The KS features a plastic pump casing and a 22 litre pressure vessel, while the CAM features a 304 stainless steel pump casing and a 25 litre pressure vessel. Vessels incorporate a non-toxic rubber diaphragm, and have pressure gauges, adjustable pressure switches and non-return valves. They have stainless steel shafts, fitted with single mechanical seals, and have A.C., TEFV, IP44 motors. Power leads are fitted, however a switch is not supplied. They are designed for pumping clean water only at a maximum temperature of 35ºC, and should not be allowed to run dry. Maximum recommended suction lift, when primed, is 7 metres. For best results, we recommend that a foot-valve and strainer should be fitted to the end of the suction hose. This is included with our 4 metre and 7 metre suction kits. These are available as an optional extra and include a pump coupling which is factory fitted to the hose for a vital, airtight connection. Used for boosting poor water pressure, and for providing water at pressure for mobile toilet block or shower systems, irrigation or wash-down.

The stainless steel shaft is fitted with a carbon ceramic and NBR mechanical seal and the A.C., TEFV, IP44 motor is fitted with an on/off switch and has overload protection. It is designed for pumping clean water only, at a maximum temperature of 35ºC. It should not be allowed to run dry, but by fitting an optional pressure controller it can be protected from this and will also start and stop automatically. Maximum recommended suction lift, when primed, is 7 metres. For best results we recommend that a foot-valve and strainer should be fitted to the end of the suction hose. This is included with our 4 metre and 7 metre suction kits. These are available as an optional extra and include a pump coupling which is factory fitted to the hose for a vital, airtight connection. Fitted as standard with a carrying handle and 2 metre H07RN-F rubber power lead. This pump is ideal for transfer and irrigation duties in domestic and light industrial applications.

The PE pumps have peripheral brass impellers and are non-self priming. They are available with the option of a bronze or iron body. They have 416 stainless steel shafts, which are fitted with carbon-ceramic-NBR mechanical seals and have A.C., TEF, IP44 motors, but neither power leads nor switches are supplied. Single phase motors incorporate an overload protection device. They are designed for pumping clean water only, at temperatures up to a maximum od 90'C. They should not be allowed to run dry, but by fitting an optional pressure controller (see Meters and controls)they can be protected from this and also start and stop the pumps automatically. With the addition of a foot-valve, they are capable of a suction lift of 8 metres. Generally, they are industrial and process pumps for pressure-boosting and circulating duties.
