The drainage versions of the Mizar, in corrosion resistant 304 stainless steel, are designed for clean and dirty water, for use in domestic, trade and industrial applications. They will handle suspended soft solids up to 10mm in diameter (users with applications containing larger solids should select from the Vox). The top discharge design makes them suitable for partial immersion applications and where space or access is restricted. Maximum liquid temperature is 50°C. The 416 stainless steel shaft is fitted with a hardwearing silicon carbide, single mechanical seal (in an oil chamber) lip seal and a 304 stainless steel impeller. The "D" shape handle design makes carrying easy and enables secure fixing with a rope for lifting. They will offer excellent service and consistent operation in challenging duties.
