The e-Boost is a self-priming, mulit-stage, pressure pump with integral electronics for the ultimate in automatic pressure boosting in domestic and industrial applications. This unique product is programmed to start and stop automatically when a valve or tap is opened or closed. Another programme stops the pump automatically, protecting it from severe damage caused by a malfunction on the suction side e.g. dry running, sucking air, a blockage etc., or on the delivery side e.g. a dripping tap. This programme will also attempt to restart the pump three times over 20 hours to check if it has been resolved naturally or allow manual reset once it has been resolved by the user. The reset button is extremely accessible and is located conveniently on the top of the pump. Alongside this button are a series of three coloured LED lights that, when illuminated, indicate that mains power is connected (green), the pump is running (yellow) and when the pump has stoped due to malfunction (red). To ensure correct operation the column of water between the pump and the highest outlet must not exceed 15 metres (1.5 bar). Its attractive appearance, compact design, ease of use and it's quiet operation (67 dB) make it ideal for use inside the home, however industrial users will like it's many features too. Construction of the impellers, pump case, motor cover, handle, stand and control box are a composite of industrial plastics while the water cooled, motor body, is 304 stainless steel. The stainless steel shaft is fitted with a carbon ceramic and NBR mechanical seal and the motor incorporates overload protection. It has an integral non return valve and reservoir and is supplied with 1 metre of power cable. It is designed for pumping clean water only, at a maximum temperature of 35'C.
